Two seats, your favourite coffee, and enough room to enjoy both. Before choosing a two-person outdoor set, measure the furniture and the space you need to use it.
Start with the space you actually use.
Grab a tape measure, paper and removable markers suitable for your outdoor surface. Measure the clear length and width of your patio, courtyard or covered balcony. Mark door openings, steps, drains, posts and anything you want to keep in place.
Open the door fully. Your seating area should leave your everyday route clear, including the path to stairs or a gate. A photograph can make a space feel bigger than it is; use your measurements as the deciding factor.
Know what needs to fit.
Our Outdoor Coffee Corner Set includes two rope chairs, two beige seat cushions and one round glass-top table.
Each chair

Measure a separate footprint for each chair. The listed dimensions describe the chair itself, not the extra room for sitting down or getting up.
The round table
44 cm across

Mark a 44 cm circle between or beside the chairs. Leave enough space to reach the table and move your legs comfortably.
Try the layout before ordering.
- Mark out two chairs and the table. Start with the arrangement you prefer: side by side, angled towards each other, or facing one another.
- Test the movement. Use existing chairs as a rough stand-in, remembering their size may differ. Practise sitting, standing and passing someone who is seated.
- Open every nearby door. Check the layout with doors fully open and with your usual walkway in use.
- Add your existing pieces. Include pots, storage and any rug in the plan. Keep furniture stable and routes clear.
- Measure the delivery route. Note narrow gates, stairs and doorways. Contact us before ordering if you need packed dimensions or help checking access.
There is no single “minimum patio size”.
Adding the furniture widths together does not tell you whether the set will be comfortable in your space. Your arrangement, door position and access needs all matter. Allow additional room for pulling out both chairs and moving around the set.
A little care makes the corner easier to enjoy.
Assembly is required. Each chair has a maximum load of 120 kg; the table has a maximum load of 60 kg. Keep the cushions dry and store them under cover when not in use. Follow the supplied assembly and care instructions.
If you are adding a rug, measure that separately. Our Reversible Outdoor Rug is 152 × 244 cm. Check chair-leg positions and edges in your own layout; the rug is sold separately.
