About these terms
These terms apply when you use the Baylan and Co online store or place an order with us. By using the store, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Products and information
We aim to present product descriptions, images, prices and availability accurately. Colours and appearance can vary between screens. We may correct genuine errors and will contact you if an error materially affects an order.

Orders
An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline an order where permitted by law, including where an item is unavailable or information is materially incorrect. If payment has been taken for an order we cannot accept, the payment will be refunded.

Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable shipping charges are shown before checkout is completed. Payment is processed using the methods displayed at checkout.

Shipping, returns and privacy
Our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy form part of these terms. Please review them before ordering.

Permitted use
You must not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, or use its content in a way that infringes another person's rights.

Intellectual property
The store design, original text and Baylan and Co branding are owned by or licensed to Baylan and Co. Product images and other third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights.

Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baylan and Co is not liable for loss caused by misuse of a product or use contrary to supplied instructions. This clause does not exclude or limit non-excludable consumer guarantees or remedies.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the applicable laws of Australia.
